"Red Vermouth"
50 mL (1.625 fl. oz.)
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1-1/4 cups (300 g) of granulated sugar into a large pitcher; 96 U.S. fl. oz. (3 quarts). Fill with 68 U.S. fl. oz. (2 L) of 12-14% ABV neutral dry red wine and 4 U.S. fl.oz. (115 mL) of 40% neutral alcohol, vodka or Prestige™ Black Label Turbo X-Press. Shake well to mix thoroughly. If desired, thicken with 1.7 fl. oz. (50 mL) of Prestige™ Glycerine. Makes approximately 82 fl. oz. (2.4 L). The fortified wine may now be consumed directly or used to flavor prepared foods, sauces, baked goods, desserts, confectionary or ice creams. Extract may also be added directly to food and beverages without the addition of alcohol or sugar at a dosage rate of 1-3% by volume.
