Instructions: Use as directed in various liquor and wine making recipes to increase the oak flavor in rums, whiskeys, brandies, tequilas, and red & white wines. Extract may be added directly to food and beverages without the addition of alcohol or sugar at a suggested dosage rate of 0.1-0.2% by volume.
Ingredients: Water, ethanol, toasted oak chips.
